1. Order Processing All orders are processed within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.
2. Shipping Options & Rates We currently ship within the United States only.

3. Free Standard Shipping We are pleased to offer free standard shipping on all orders within the contiguous United States. No minimum order value required.
4. Expedited Shipping Expedited shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight. Expedited orders placed before 12:00 PM PST on a business day will be prioritized for same-day processing.
5. Delivery Estimates Delivery timeframes are estimates and begin from the date of shipment, not the date of order. Auralyra is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather conditions, or other circumstances beyond our control.
6. Tracking Your Order Once your order ships, you will receive an email with your tracking number. You can use this to monitor your delivery status directly with the carrier.
7. Shipping Address Please ensure your shipping address is correct at the time of purchase. Auralyra is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer. Address changes cannot be guaranteed once an order has been processed.
8. Lost or Stolen Packages If your tracking shows delivered but you have not received your package, please contact us within 7 days of the delivery date at sales@gbl-groupint.com. We will work with the carrier to investigate and resolve the issue.
9. Damaged in Transit If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damage. We will arrange a replacement or refund promptly.
