Our Commitment At Auralyra, we stand behind the quality of every product we create. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.
Return Eligibility We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date under the following conditions:
- The product is unopened and unused
- The product is in its original packaging with all seals intact
- Proof of purchase is provided
Due to the nature of skincare products and for the health and safety of all customers, we are unable to accept returns on opened or used products.
Non-Returnable Items The following items are not eligible for return:
- Opened or used products
- Products not in their original condition or packaging
- Items purchased on sale or with a promotional discount
- Gift cards
How to Initiate a Return To start a return, please contact us at sales@gbl-groupint.com within 30 days of receiving your order. Include your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with return instructions and a return authorization.
Have an Auralyra account? It's even easier. Customers who create an account at checkout can submit return requests directly from their order history — no emails needed. Simply log in, find your order, and follow the prompts. We recommend signing up at checkout to enjoy this streamlined experience.
Return Shipping
- If the return is due to a defective product or our error, we will cover the return shipping cost.
- For change-of-mind returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
Refunds Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card company may take additional time to post the refund.
Damaged or Defective Products If you received a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damage. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
